Returns
You have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation) must be provided
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personal use items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
